Next Generation Network: Irrigation Field Visit

Join the Next Generation Tree Fruit Network for a field visit focused on irrigation. Aylin Moreno, McDougall and Sons will show the new irrigation system they have installed which includes some automated valves and a phone/computer friendly platform to view information from multiple soil moisture monitoring stations. Dr Lee Kalcsits, WSU Horticulture Wenatchee will demonstrate multiple sensors and discuss the results of recent research with deficit irrigation in honeycrisp.
