Mesonet Expansion
We’re excited to announce the 52nd Mesonet weather station is now online in Joyce, WA, located west of Port Angeles along Highway 112. Special thanks to the Crescent School District for hosting the station! This site’s fencing received a unique design to accommodate the area’s frequent visitors – the Olympic Elk Herd. Data from this and other stations is readily available at weather.wsu.edu.
Network Maintenance
With summer officially behind us, our dedicated team has completed routine maintenance on all AgWeatherNet stations. As fall arrives, preparations for the next season of upkeep have begun.
