WSDA launched the Agriculture Support Program (ASP) in August of this year. The program is meant to assist agricultural producers and transporters who purchased fuel in 2023 for on-farm agricultural production but did not directly negotiate an exemption to the surcharge with their supplier.
Some of the fuel expenses may be eligible for reimbursement.
