Organic Apple Integrity Workshop

Join us for a full-day, multidisciplinary workshop focused on managing decay, physiological disorders, and ensuring the safety of organic pome fruit systems from pre- to postharvest. The program will highlight effective biological and non-chemical practices that enhance fruit quality, increase packout, and improve the economic feasibility of organic production.
This workshop is made possible through the support of the USDA-Organic Agriculture Research and Extension Initiative (OREI) grant program.
