The WA Tree Fruit Research Commission (WTFRC) finished another successful funding cycle. The WTFRC board approved 57 new and 45 continuing projects for cherry, stonefruit, technology, and apple. For pear 7 new and 7 continuing projects were approved by the Fresh and Processed Pear Committees. WTFRC would like to thank the Oregon Sweet Cherry Commission, the Northwest Nursery Improvement Institute and the California Cherry Board for co-funding multiple projects.
