WSU Decision Aid System Update May 2026

The last week has been unseasonably warm in many parts of Washington, which means we have accumulated significantly more degree days than we had on this date in 2025. In Pasco, WA, we are currently about 100 degree days ahead of where we were in 2025 for codling moth. This means that codling moths are emerging sooner than they did last year, and egg hatch is also moved up. Make sure to check your location on DAS to get updates on codling moth emergence and egg hatch as the weather gets even warmer.
