The Washington State Tree Fruit Association (WSTFA), WSDA’s Technical Services Education Program (TSEP), the Agricultural Leadership Program (ALP), and the Pacific Northwest Agricultural Safety and Health (PNASH) Center are partnering to offer the Agricultural Leadership Conference in English and Spanish, on February 20th, 2026, in Yakima WA.
This full-day bilingual conference (English and Spanish) is designed for farm supervisors and managers and will provide information that will reinforce leadership concepts learned during the Agricultural Leadership Program (ALP) and serve as an introduction for those seeking to explore leadership in agriculture.
The conference will feature a main session with the participation of leadership role models, and four, 60-minute modules:
- Values and Principles
- Emotional intelligence – self awareness
- The Power of Storytelling
- Mental Health in Agriculture
When: Friday, February 20th, 2026 / Time: 8:30am – 4:30pm (check-in at 8:00am)

The $100 registration fee has been completely paid with funding from the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries Safety and Health Investment Program (SHIP), making this valuable conference free for participants. Coffee, pastries, and lunch will be provided.
