This meeting will serve as an open forum for industry members and scientists to discuss current pressing postharvest issues. The meeting is open for anyone to join/attend. Here is a tentative agenda of the meeting:

Short presentation (5min) from Carolina Torres (WSU, Wenatchee) on ‘WA 38’ storage trends, followed by discussion/questions

Short presentation (5min) from Dave Rudell, (USDA-ARS, Wenatche) on ‘d’Anjou’ pear storage, followed by discussion/questions

Open for general discussion. Some discussion points have been previously prepared, if needed

Conclude with survey/feedback on current format and future directions
As our first meeting, we welcome any feedback that could improve this forum. The current plan is to meet quarterly (every 3 months). Any topics for future discussions are welcome.
