FSMA Water Quality Workshops
This training for orchard and packinghouse food-safety managers will review sampling and testing methodologies to address microbial water quality in irrigation source waters necessary for compliance with FSMA agricultural water testing requirements.The classroom instruction will cover location, timing, testing equipment and practices.

Stone Fruit Export Cert. Training
This training is for packing house technicians responsible for cull cutting stone fruit being packed for Mexico or B.C., Canada. Training includes identification of Oriental fruit moth larvae, sampling method and associated documentation.
Two sessions are scheduled:
