Little Cherry Disease Task Force Rolls Out New Online Form to Streamline Testing

View Print Version

Tianna DuPont and Scott Harper worked with web developers from CSEK Creative to create a new online submission form and database for Little Cherry Virus and Western X virus submissions. On WSU’s Little Cherry Testing page there is a description of how to send a sample including a link to the new online form We hope this new online system will streamline submission and receipt of results. The database fed by forms will also allow us to create maps of disease incidence. Data will be accessed only by WSU researchers/extension and shared at the city level for mapping. Maps will help us understand and build awareness about the prevalence and spread of these important pathogens. Let us know if adjustments are needed to make this new online process user-friendly.
