Join the Next Generation Tree Fruit Network for a discussion of calcium for fruit quality on Thursday December 15, 2016 at Andante in Chelan, WA. Dr. Lee Kalcsits, WSU Professor of Horticulture will discuss tree-calcium-water relations and recent research on how to improve management. Presentation and discussion will be followed by a networking event including dinner. Sponsored by the North Central Washington Fieldmen’s association.
Who should come: Next Generation and Young Growers, Managers & Field staff
Format: We will begin this session with a 30-minute presentation by Dr. Lee Kalcsits followed by a study circle style discussion. Participants bring your questions and plan to share what works for you. Expect thirty minutes of presentation and two hours of discussion followed by dinner and networking.
